Introductory Meeting
We'll set up a first meeting to confirm your order and make sure you meet the requirements. During this meeting, you will meet your Project Manager, who will be responsible for your project's success. If, for any reason, , you will receive a full refund within 7 business days. -
Kick-off Meeting
Your Project Manager will arrange a brief kick-off meeting to review the project, scope, and discuss next steps.

Complete the Prep Checklist
(1 week)
Before we can proceed, you must complete the Prep Checklist provided. -
Discovery
Your Project Manager will arrange a Discovery meeting to go through the Prep Checklist with you and ensure everything is in place. During this meeting, they will also review the project, scope, and discuss next steps. You will be asked to complete the Prep Checklist and provide Dynamic Specialties Group with Admin Access to Salesforce.

Onboard
(1-4 weeks)
Our team of specialists will start preparing your backlog and plan according to our discovery. While you are waiting, we recommend you explore Trailhead, Success Community, the Premier Success Accelerator Library, and the Dynamic Specialties Group YouTube Channel. (Note: This step is not relevant if the client has already had a DSG JumpStart implementation.) -

For each of the items identified in the Backlog, you will need to brief our team in detail with a clear expectation of what is required. The typical briefing process is as follows:

Do my hours roll over month to month?
No, the hours do not roll over month to month. The hours are used in the month or lost. We monitor burndown as part of the weekly sync meetings to inform you of utilization. If you are concerned, start at a lower tier and work your way up. We are flexible.
What are the benefits of signing up for your monthly Salesforce and HubSpot services?
Our monthly services provide ongoing support and expertise to help your business get the most out of your Salesforce and/or HubSpot platform. By signing up, you'll have access to a team of experts who can help you with everything from customization and configuration to training and support.
What is included in the monthly flat rate?
Our support includes a weekly sync in which we discuss what we worked on last week, what we are working on this week, and future work. We address production bugs, standard org maintenance requests, and feature updates that fit within the monthly budget. We can provide you the ability to submit help tickets through a portal, via email to your PM, or in your weekly meetings. We will manage the work in Asana to build a backlog of work to choose from during slow times. If a project arises that is large in scope or requires specialty skills, we would propose a project.
How are additional hours beyond the allotted amount billed?
Any additional hours beyond the allotted amount will be billed at an hourly rate of $185/hour for the three-tiered program. These rates are subject to change based on the complexity of the tasks and the scope of work involved.
How do I get started with your monthly Salesforce and HubSpot services?

Once complete, we'll begin providing ongoing support and expertise to help your business thrive on Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
How long is the contract for your monthly services?
We offer month-to-month contracts for our monthly services, so you can cancel at any time if needed. However, we recommend a minimum commitment of 3-6 months to see the full benefits of our services.
